Dear Prospective St. Anthony School Families,

We are happy to introduce you to our community. St. Anthony School educates students from Transitional Kindergarten to Eighth Grade. Choosing to become a part of our family tradition means joining a school which has been serving the families in the diverse San Antonio District of Oakland since 1877 with academic excellence rooted in the values of faith, hope, and love.

St. Anthony School is a community of learners and believers. What you began at home, our community is here to support, as we proudly continue the education and care of your children. Our mission to educate the whole child starts by preparing our K-8th grade students to actively participate in their Catholic faith. This identity entails building a sense of responsibility that fosters a future of environmental stewardship alongside the global community. Within our intentional and nurturing school environment, the values we teach are reflected and interpreted by the diverse community of students and parents which we serve.

As a Catholic school we share the vision of Jesus Christ calling all members of our school to be God-centered persons. Therefore, St. Anthony School academic experience prioritizes spiritual and social emotional learning to foster optimum, inclusive student development. We believe leadership is demonstrated by a student that knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Our investment into the students holistic growth led many alumni to become leaders who actively serve and inspire their communities.

We invite you to come take a tour and experience the wonderful things happening at St. Anthony. Feel free to phone our school office to schedule a tour at (510) 534-3334. Additionally, if you have questions regarding the application or financial aid process, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to meeting your family through our admission process.
